Privacy and personal data policy

Effective from October 20, 2026

At Agentos Labs we take care of the personal data of the people who visit us and write to us. This policy explains what data we receive, what we use it for and how you can exercise your rights, under Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013. If the two versions differ, the Spanish version prevails.

1. Controller

Agentos Labs is the controller of the personal data it receives through this website, by email and on WhatsApp. You can write to us at info@agentoslabs.co.

2. What data we receive

Data you give us: your name, your company, your WhatsApp number or email, and what you tell us about your project.
Basic technical data: when you visit the site, our hosting provider logs data such as your IP address and browser type, for security only.

This site uses no advertising or analytics cookies. We do not ask for sensitive data or for data about minors.

3. What we use it for

To answer your questions and book a call with our team.
To prepare proposals and manage the business relationship if we work together.
To send you information about our services, only if you agree.
To protect the security of the site and meet legal obligations.

4. Nova, our AI assistant

When you write to us on WhatsApp, Nova, our artificial intelligence assistant, replies. Our team can review and take over any conversation. Proposals, prices and agreements are always set by a person.

When you write to us or give us your data, you authorize us to process it under this policy. You can withdraw that authorization at any time.

We do not sell or rent your data. We share it only with technology providers that help us operate, which process it on our behalf under confidentiality and security obligations, and with authorities when the law requires it. Some of these providers are outside Colombia. If you write to us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp also processes your data under its own privacy policy.

7. Your rights

You can access, update, correct and ask us to delete your data, ask for proof of your authorization, know how we have used it, and file complaints with Colombia's Superintendence of Industry and Commerce. To exercise any of these rights, write to info@agentoslabs.co. We answer queries within 10 business days at most and claims within 15 business days at most.

8. How to delete your data

Email info@agentoslabs.co with the subject “Delete my data”, or send the message “Delete my data” to Nova on WhatsApp.
Tell us the WhatsApp number or email you used to contact us.
We delete your data within 15 business days at most and confirm when it is done.

We keep only what a law requires us to keep, such as invoices, and only for as long as that law requires.

9. How long we keep your data

For as long as we need it to serve you. If we do not work together, we delete it no later than 2 years after our last contact.

10. Changes

If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page with its date.
